Center Stage
Center Stage A series of critically acclaimed performing artists and speakers, the Chapman CenterStage Series runs from October through March at the 500-seat David Reid Theatre. The series will offer a full spectrum of cultural opportunities, from music, theater and dance performances to art, science and history presentations.

A major addition to the community's annual slate of arts and cultural offerings, the inaugural season featured 12 performances and four speakers, including country music recording artist and Spartanburg native David Ball, bluegrass luminaries Doc Watson and David Holt, and legendary New Orleans jazz performers Preservation Hall Band. The lineup for the second annual Chapman CenterStage Series will be announced soon.
